-Visionary & self-driven

-Highly communicative

-Capable of multitasking

-University degree in Engineering (preferably Architecture or Civil) without excluding a University degree in another science

-An MBA will be highly appreciated

-Skilled ACAD user

-Fluent in English. Fluency in German will be appreciated

-Comfortable with working both in-house and at the jobsite

-Comfortable with working in a multinational culture environment

-Based in Greece but comfortable with working in Cyprus for short periods
